Amendment or Repeal of 945 CMR 1.00

The Inspector General may seek amendment or repealof945 CMR1.00 or any section thereof in accordance with the procedures ofM.G.L. c. 30Aor M.G.L. c. 12A, § 6. Recommendations of the Inspector General as to amendment, repeal, or other change in these Rules shall be included in the annual report filed by the Inspector General.
