Scope and Applicability

945 CMR 5.00 applies to the Commonwealth and any of its public agencies when procuring the construction of a highway, railway, bridge, tunnel, aviation facility, or anycomponent thereof and for which the Certified Estimate of Cost exceeds $50,000,000.
