Severability of Provisions

The provisions of 956 CMR 6.00 are hereby declared to be severable. If any such provisions or the application of such provisions or circumstances shall be held invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidityshall not be construed to affect the validity or constitutionality of anyremainingprovisions of 956 CMR 6.00 or the applications of such provisions or circumstances other than those held invalid.
