Severability

The provisions of 958 CMR 5.00 are severable. If any provisions or the application of any provision is held invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not be construed to affect the validity or constitutionality of any remaining provisions of 958 CMR 5.00. NON-TEXT PAGE
