Severability

If any provision or the application of any provision of 960 CMR 6.00 is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not be construed to affect the validity or constitutionality of any remaining provisions of 960 CMR 6.00 or the application of such provisions to M.G.L. c. 29, § 64E. 1/2/26 960 CMR - 38
