Determination of Prizes

All Lottery prizes shall be determined by the Commission from time to time and awarded to the owners of tickets which contain the winning numbers as determined from the drawings supervised by the Director. Winners are determined by the numbers drawn and not the numbers reported. The Lottery shall not be responsible for numbers reported in error.
