(1) An individual may appear on his or her own behalf. (2) A duly authorized officer or employee may represent a corporation, association or other entity; an authorized member may represent a partnership or joint venture and an authorized trustee may represent a trust. (3) A witness shall have the right to be represented by counsel. The Director may, however, require counsel to file a notice of representation at any point prior to counsel representing a person or entity. (4) The Director may determine that representation by a counsel of more than one witness is not in accordance with 970 CMR 3.00 and may therefore not permit such dual representation. (Mass.
