Procedure for Appeal
Following a hearing by the Board, any applicant or licensee aggrieved by a determination of
the Board pursuant to 105 CMR 123.012 may appeal in writing to the Department within 20 days
of said determination. Any applicant or licensee or the Board, if aggrieved by a determination
of the Department, may appeal said decision pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A, § 14.
