Licensure Fee and Term

(A) Each applicant for a license shall submit the fee prescribed by the Executive Office for Administration and Finance, 801 CMR 4.02: Fees for Licenses, Permits, and Services to Be Charged by State Agencies. (B) The term of a license shall be from the date the license is issued through the last day of the applicant's birth month in the next odd numbered year.
