Inspection

(A) Authorized personnel of the Department shall be permitted to inspect mammography facilities at any reasonable time without prior notice. All parts of the mammography facility, all staff, all activities, all equipment, all supplies and all records are subject to inspection. (B) The Department shall inspect each mammography facility annually.
