PCI Patient Outcome Monitoring Requirements

Each hospital that provides PCI shall: (1) Submit patient-specific PCI outcome data for each patient who receives PCI services to the DAC as specified in 105 CMR 130.1303; (2) Require that each physician who performs PCI at the hospital is enrolled in and participates in the NCDR; and (3) Develop, implement and maintain administrative procedures that ensure the confidentiality of the patient-specific data submitted to the DAC and to the NCDR.
