Refusal to Renew or Revocation of a License or Part of a License: Right to Prior Adjudicatory

Proceeding Whenever the Commissioner decides to revoke or refuse to renew a license or part of a license, he or she shall initiate an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with the requirements of M.G.L. c. 30A. All such adjudicatory proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with 801 CMR 1.00: Adjudicatory Rules of Practice and Procedure.
