Prohibition Against Discrimination

(A) No hospital shall discriminate in the provision of service against any person on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, handicap, or national origin. (B) No hospital which participates in the Medicaid program under Title XIX of the Social Security Act shall discriminate in the provision of service against any Medicaid recipient.
