Data Collection and Reporting Systems

(A) Each maternal and newborn service shall comply with reporting requirements in accordance with Department guidelines. (B) The hospital shall report the death of a pregnant woman during any stage of gestation, labor or delivery or the death of a woman within 90 days of delivery or termination of pregnancy to the Department in accordance with Department guidelines.
