Signage for Mobile Services

The clinic shall appropriatelyidentifythe mobile, portable or mobile/portable unit, including, if applicable, signage identifying any affiliation with the host site. All signage must clearly state that the unit provides mobile services, and, if applicable, state that the service is sponsored by a parent or host facility.
