Applicability of 105 CMR 140.701 through 140.702

For the purpose of 105 CMR 140.701 through 140.702, the term “physical rehabilitation services” shall mean physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy services. The requirements of 105 CMR 140.701 through 140.702 are applicable to clinics subject to Department licensure licensed to provide physical rehabilitation services.
