Issuance of License

Upon the approval of the application for a license the Department shall issue a license to the applicant. The license shall not be transferable. The licensee shall be responsible to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. The license shall contain the name and address of the hospice, and, in the case of a hospice authorized to directly own and operate a hospice inpatient facility pursuant to the provisions of 105 CMR 141.102 and 141.204(H), the name and address of any such facility.
