Severability

The provisions of 105 CMR 141.000 are severable. If any provision herein is declared unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be so affected. (PAGES 687 THROUGH 694 ARE RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE.)
