Definitions

Physician shall mean a doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy who is registered to practice medicine in Massachusetts pursuant to M.G.L. c. 112, § 2. Registered Nurse shall mean an individual registered under M.G.L. c. 112, § 74.
