Medical Staff
The medical director, with the governing body, shall establish criteria for granting privileges
to licensed physicians or other providers. The medical director shall review credentials of
candidates for medical staff membership and make recommendations to the governing body on
the initial appointment of candidates. The medical director must periodically conduct appraisals
of the members and make recommendations to the governing body for reappointment of medical
staff.
