Affiliation Agreement for Kidney Transplantation Service

The unit shall have an affiliation agreement with at least one hospital for kidney transplantation services, including: (A) Tissue typing and matching, surgical transplant capability, kidney perfusion or other storage devices, immunology services directly or by affiliation; (B) Availability of surgeons qualified by skill or training in the transplantation of kidneys; (C) Availability of physicians qualified by skill or training in the management of post transplant patients.
