Required Agreements

Licensed and Approved Providers providing medically monitored or medically managed withdrawal services shall have QSOAs for the provision of the following services as needed: (A) Psychiatric consultative, diagnostic and evaluative services; (B) Acute 24-hour diversionary service medical or psychiatric hospitalization; (C) Emergency medical and psychiatric services; and (D) Any specialized services a program provides through special arrangement, purchase or contract.
