Scope and Application

105CMR180.000establishes the minimum standards which all clinicallaboratories includingthose which are part of a clinic or hospital licensed under M.G.L. c. 111 § 51, must meet in order to be operating in compliance with M.G.L. c. 111D. 105 CMR 180.000 further establishes pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111D the licensing requirements and enforcement procedures for all clinical laboratories which are not subject to licensure under M.G.L. c. 111 § 51.
