Condition - Proficiency Evaluation

All clinical laboratories shall successfully complete an approved proficiency testing program covering all clinical laboratory and anatomical pathology specialties and subspecialties in which the laboratory is licensed or authorized to perform tests and in which there is a proficiency testing program available.
