Location of Housing Facilities

The operator shall locate housing facilities only (A) Where an approved water supply is available; (B) Where approved sewage disposal facilities are provided; (C) Where drainage conditions will not create a health or safety hazard; (D) Where traffic conditions will not create a safety hazard; (E) In buildings other than those used to house livestock or poultry; and (F) Where farm or other activities do not create excessive noise which would endanger health.
