Floors

The operator shall maintain the floors in allbuildings used for habitation tight, smooth, and free from chronic dampness. Except ifa cellar exists, wooden floors in buildings used for human habitationshall be elevated no less than 12 inches above ground level. The operator shall keep the space beneath the floor clean and free from every obstruction.
