Operator Required to Establish and Maintain Handwashing, Bathing, and Laundry Facilities

The operator shall provide handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities, supplied with hot and cold water sufficient in quantity and pressure, for the use of all occupants. These facilities shall be keptclean and in good repair.
