Maintenance of Records

(A) Camp operators shall maintain all records relating to campers, staff and volunteers for a minimum of three years. (B) Operators shall be responsible for destruction of records in a manner that protects the privacy of all campers, staff, and volunteers. Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) must be destroyed in accordance with 803 CMR 2.15: Destruction of CORI and CORI Acknowledgment Forms.
