All structural elements of camp facilities including, but not limited to, foundations, cellars, floors, walls, doors, windows, ceilings, roofs, staircases, porches, and chimneys, shall be maintained in good repair, fit for the use intended, and in compliance with the requirements of 780 CMR: The Massachusetts State Building Code. The interior of the facility shall be maintained in good repair and in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition, free from accumulation of dirt and rubbish. 105 CMR - 1742.3
