Violation Which May Endanger or Materially Impair the Health, Safety or Well-Being of the
Public
If an examination pursuant to 105 CMR 430.650 or pursuant to 105 CMR 400.100: State
Sanitary Code Chapter I: General Administrative Procedures reveals any condition at a
recreational camp for children fails to comply with the provisions of 105 CMR 430.000 so as to
endanger or materially impair the health, safety, or well being of the occupants or the public, the
Board of Health shall order the operator to comply with 105 CMR 430.000 or may order any
building condemned and vacated if appropriate or may order the camp program to be terminated.
