System Requirements

Each operator shall have a system in place that meets the requirements of 105 CMR 432.100 through 432.130 to: (A) Determine participant swimming ability; (B) Identify non-swimmers and at-risk swimmers whenever they are at a swimming or diving area; (C) Confine all participants to dedicated swimming areas consistent with their swimming abilities; and (D) Ensure that a PFD is made available to each non-swimmer and at-risk swimmer during all swimming sessions.
