Maximum Operating Temperatures For Special Purpose Pools

(1) At no time shall the water temperature in special purpose pools exceed 104°F. (2) A thermostatic control for water temperature which ensurescompliancewith105 CMR435.33(1) shall be provided at each special purpose pool. The thermostatic control shall only be accessible to the pool operator. (3) Water temperature shall be determined when the pH and residual disinfectant are tested.
