Hygiene Supplies at Toilet and Handwash Sinks

(A) At any toilet and/or handwash sink intended for use by staff, and at all toilets and/or handwash sinks outside of an inmate’s sleeping area, there shall be at all times at each toilet, toilet paper, and at all handwash sinks, soap and disposable towels. (B) Adequate waste receptacles shall be located near all handwash sinks.
