Embargo of Lead-based Articles and Substances

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111, §§ 196(a) and (b), the Director may embargo any article or substance in violation of either M.G.L. c. 111, §§ 196(a) or (b), in the manner provided by M.G.L. c. 94, § 189A.
