Procedures for Post-compliance Assessment

Any lead inspector performing a post-compliance assessment shall follow procedures outlined in inspector training and refresher training and in policies and procedures as determined by the Director, including: (A) Visually checking all surfaces containing dangerous levels of lead or that were inaccessible for testing. (B) Testing surfaces not identified on previous inspection report. (C) Completing post-compliance assessment report form.
