Severability

If any provision of 105 CMR 460.000 is held to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, that decision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of 105 CMR 460.000, which shall remain in full force and effect. (PAGES 1959 AND 1960 ARE RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE.)
