Plan of Correction
The chief executive officer of a municipality or state agency shall respond to a notice of
non-compliance with a plan of correction within 21 days ofreceipt of said notice of non-compliance.
The plan of correction shall indicate what action has been, or will be taken to correct the areas of
non-compliance. Ifcorrections have not already been made, an estimated date of correction shall be
provided.
