Severability

The provisions of 105 CMR 700.000 are severable, and if any provision shall be in violation of any Federal rule or regulatuiuion or any Federal or Massachusetts law, such provision shall be null and void and such violation shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions. 23BB, 24, 24G, 51, 66, 66B, 66C, 74, 80B, 80E, 80H, 80J, 212 and 265; M.G.L. c. 111 § 9.
