Transportation

When dogs or cats are transported between two facilities of a research institution or from one research institution to another, the licensee shall assure that dogs or cats are receivingsufficient air for normal breathing, that their ambient temperatures are within the prescribed limits, that all other applicable standards are being complied with, and that dogs or cats in obvious physical distress are provided needed veterinary care as soon as possible.
