Availability of SNAP Information

The Central Office of the Department and the national and regional offices of the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) of USDA shall make available upon request for examination by members of the public during office hours, the following documents: FNS regulations, notices and policy memos; and the State Plans of Operation, SNAP Policy Manual and SNAP procedural memos. Each local office shall make available upon request for examination by members of the public during regular office hours, the SNAP Policy Manual and SNAP procedural memos.
