Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers and Group Living Arrangements as Authorized

Representatives A designated employee of a drug and alcohol treatment center or group living arrangement may act as the authorized representative for residents of the facility (see 106 CMR 365.600: Residents of Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers).
