Eligibility Test for an EAEDC Person Caring for a Disabled Person

The income of a disabled person being cared for by an EAEDC applicant or client as provided in 106 CMR 703.620: TAFDC Residence must not exceed $1500 monthly. The rules for counting this income are the same as for an EAEDC applicant or client.
