Impact on Provision of Services Pending Appeal

The Commission cannot suspend, reduce or terminate services to the individual unless: (a) the individual requests that his/her services be suspended, reduced or terminated; or (b) services have been obtained by misrepresentation, fraud, collusion or criminal conduct on the part of the individual or the individual’s representative; or (c) VR services provided under an approved IPE are time limited
