Respite Care for Families with Developmentally Disabled Members

Families with developmentally disabled children may be eligible to receive respite services from the Department of Mental Retardation, under the auspices of an Interagency Agreement betweenthe Department and DMR. (This InteragencyAgreement, as of July1, 1988, transferred the responsibility for providing those respite care services for developmentally disable persons that were previously defined in 110 CMR 7.000, (specifically 7.050 through 7.057), to the Department of Mental Retardation.)
