Other Provisions

(1) Administrative and Technical Information Bulletins. The Division may revise the specifications or other administrative requirements from time to time bynotice or administrative bulletin. (2) Severability. The provisions of 114.5 CMR 23.00 are severable. If any provision or the application of any provision is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not be construed to affect the validity or constitutionality of any remaining provisions of 114.5 CMR 23.00 or the application of such provisions.
