115 CMR 14.00 implements and facilitates the self-determination service option for individuals eligible for adult services from the Department. (2) 115 CMR 14.00 is promulgated pursuant to M.G.L. c. 19B, §§ 1 and 19 and M.G.L. c. 123B, § 2.
