Rights of Refugees

The policies of the Massachusetts Refugee Resettlement Program shall be administered in accordance with the rights guaranteed by Massachusetts and federal law, the MRRP regulations at 121 CMR 1.000 through 3.000, federal regulations, the policies of ORI and general principles of privacy and personal dignity. A refugee has a right to be informed of his or her rights and responsibilities under the MRRP. This includes the right of access to 121 CMR 1.000 through 3.000, which shall be available during regular business hours at Case Management Providers and ORI.
