Agency Audits

EOHHS shall periodically review statistical information on all CORI requests and investigations maintained by each hiring authority in accordance with EOHHS policy and procedures. In addition, EOHHS may establish further requirements for checking CORI findings and the interpretation of such findings by the hiring authority.
