Purpose

The Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance (MOVA), on behalf of the Victim and Witness Assistance Board (VWAB), promulgates 124 CMR 2.00 related to financial compensation for victims of violent crime pursuant to its authority under M.G.L. c. 258B, § 4 and M.G.L. c. 258C, § 4.
