Electrocardiogram (EKG) Services: Eligibility to Provide Services

A CHC may claim payment for electrocardiogram (EKG) services only when both of the following conditions are met. (A) The CHC owns or rents its own EKG equipment. (B) The EKG is taken at the CHC or at the member's home.
